About Me
I, DK, first opened this blog as a 17 year-old in junior year summer. This is a space where I can store links, pages and other information somewhat permanently. More importantly, this is a place where I can rant and comment and muse about anything. Think of it as an electronic journal.
I am of pure Chinese descent, which gives me a significant ethnic hurdle in college applications. However, I read, play trumpet, basketball, skate and like social studies, linguistics and humanities, in complete violation of the traditional Asian milestones of math, martial arts, piano, violin and tennis. I’ve also been around the globe, growing up in China, French Canada and New Jersey. I guess that makes me cosmopolitan.
I will most often post opinions and news of the environmental nature, along with miscellaneous science, world events, book reviews, high school life and African children (any damn thing I feel like ranting about). The links on the right side lead to anything on the internet I find interesting and valuable or saving for future reference.
I’m going to college soon, and my plans are to become a scientist/environmental activist, promote sustainable energy and install it to replace fossil fuels to slow down climate change. Who knows where life will lead me?
Like, comment and subscribe.

On the side of a pair of swim trunks is a velcro pocket. Unlike speedos or shorts for land, shorts are long and baggy. Surfers cover surfboards with a layer of sticky wax, this wax allows a surfer to comfortably stand on a surfboard without the fear of losing grip. Though surf wax helps a surfer when standing on the board, it can accidentally harm them when kneeling on the board. Much of the decision of how long board shorts should be is determined by current fashion trends. Shorts come in all different lengths. board-shorts.webs.com/ This is especially important when wiping out on a surfboard or being knocked out by a wave. In addition, it is common for these shorts to have a small side pocket shut with velcro. This pocket is used to carry a key while out in the water. Trunks are usually much longer and baggier than standard shorts or speedos. Surfers cover surfboards with a layer of sticky wax, this wax allows a surfer to comfortably stand on a surfboard without the fear of losing grip. Though made for functionality, the design of beach shorts is known to change more often based on the latest trends in popular clothing style. Shorts come in all different lengths. Many guys prefer wearing their beach shorts low enough that their butt shows. There are many different colors, styles and prints to consider when buying a pair of shorts.

Sure thing, just make sure you aren’t pinged for plagiarism
Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re using? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different internet browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you suggest a good web hosting provider at a fair price? Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!
Hi, I’m using wordpress’s free blog service. You can also look at google’s Blogger service, which is also free, or purchase a webhost of your own, which costs ~$17 per year, in addition to maintenance fees. I don’t know too much apart from that, so good luck on your search!
Your web site doesn’t display correctly on my droid you might wanna try and fix that
Will get on it, probably a formatting problem. Thanks for the heads-up!

I was recommended this blog by my cousin. I’m not sure whether this post is written by him as nobody else know such detailed about my problem. You’re amazing! Thanks!
Really impressed with the website, sincerely, Dr. Smith,
Thank you sir.
Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Chrome. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design look great though! Hope you get the problem solved soon. Kudos
Hey, thank you so much for this notice. I’m running Chrome myself and I have no problems, but it might be a formatting issue only visible on the viewer side. I’ll look into it and hopefully get it fixed soon, because I don’t want any of my words running away from me. Thanks again for the help, I appreciate your comment!
Could you email me with a few hints about how you made this site look this good , I would appreciate it.
Play around with themes, organize your categories well and throw down some page links at the top.
I won’t tell you too much because you have your own personality to express through your blog design. Play around with WordPress features, good luck and above all have fun 🙂
How come you dont have your site viewable in wap format? Can not view anything in my netbook.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s not much I can do in this situation. There are no reliable and easy ways to convert HTML into WML and WAP formats for your netbook, and I don’t have the technical expertise to use the more complicated and time-consuming methods. I will address this issue eventually.
This site has lots of very helpful stuff on it. Cheers for informing me!
Thank you! If there’s anything you’d like me to write about, feel free. I run out of ideas sometimes too!
This blog is extremely cool! How can I make one like this !?
First, thank you for the compliment 🙂
WordPress has a pretty straightforward and comprehensive system to start your own blog. Go to wordpress.com and there should be a button somewhere about making a new blog. Once you’re there, create your wordpress profile (username and password with admin rights to your soon-to-be new blog) and choose a URL for your homepage. Mine is dongkunguo.wordpress.com. The rest is largely customization; wordpress lets you pick from several dozen free themes immediately and you can make your own categories, lists, links, pages and decorate your personal online space pretty much however you like. Once you’re happy with how it looks, time to publish some content. Get your friends and family to look at and subscribe once you have a few posts up and have fun!
Good luck, and give me a linkback when you make that blog. I’ll be more than happy to share my absolutely blazing traffic with you.
I carry on listening to the news talk about getting free online grant applications so I have been looking around for the finest site to get one. Could you tell me please, where could i get some?
In the United States, there are Pell Grants for Federal Applicants qualifying for the FAFSA. http://www.ed.gov/programs/fpg/index.html
I’m not familiar with other grants, I suggest looking around in your community. Thanks for the comment!
